 Special Events catering focuses on community held events such as The English Garden Fundraiser raising awareness about low vision and blindness and tradeshows that target brides and grooms for wedding cakes and consultation. There are several associations within the specialty food services. The Slow Food movement originated in 1986 when it shyly appeared on a balcony in an old courtyard at the centre of Bra, in Piedmont, Italy . It started in Canada in 2001. Its goal:
