Andrea Gong has a background in Marketing and Sales in the consumer product industry. She moved to Canada in 1999 from Asia and worked in the marketing field. Because of her entrepreneurial spirit, she decided to start her own company utilizing her network and experience in both Asia and Canada. She started OmniGlobe Trading, an import/export trading company.

OmniGlobe Trading imports and distributes an innovative and exclusive bag line that includes backpacks, duffle and sports bags, travel kits, office bags such as laptop bags, cell phone bags, etc. The company's target customers are corporations (corporate logos are printed or embroidered on the bags) and sports/casual fashion retailers. Andrea is also developing fashion accessories (jewelry, fashion belts) and giftware lines for several local distribution agencies.
