Karima has worked for many industries, both public and private, ranging from environmental to independent living. Inspired by an entrepreneurial father and a need to carve her own niche, Karima embarked on a career change that opened many doors for her budding talents.

With a diploma in Business Management and one in Interactive Design Technology, Karima brings a solid foundation of knowledge, innovation, and resourcefulness to any project. Her attention to detail, her commitment to service, and her drive to grow and learn has contributed to Karima's success.

Today, she runs a business of her own, Femtech Media Inc. and is the recipient of the 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year award (Technology). Her clients include prestigious organizations such as Smartwise International, Misam Canada Consulting and artists such as Wendy Grossman and film director Charles Wilkinson.
