Lou Hilford

Lou Hilford is President and CEO of Loudon Consultants Inc., a full-service North American Gaming Consulting Company. The company has been instrumental in developing bingo programs, casino sites and internet gambling.

Lou has a varied and successful background. He has a long history of fundraising for organizations such as the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc. He was Director of Development for the Vancouver Jewish Community Centre. He has been General Sales Manager for Harlan Fairbanks (western Canada); Transreceiver Corp. (California); Canadian Sales Manager, Ernelly Group (Vancouver); BC Manager, Cadburys Canada. During his sales career he was noted for his ability to create operational plans and, train and motivate an effective sales force.

Lou is also Chief Operations Officer for Scarab Systems Inc. an international conglomerate specializing in land based and internet gaming, and cash transactions systems. He handles overall planning and operations. Lou's knowledge of the gaming industry has led to forming the BC Association for Charitable Gaming and the BC Association for Problem Gamblers.
