Donna McFadden, Program Coordinator/Facilitator and President/CEO of Toward Excellence

Donna McFadden Donna has been successfully self-employed for twenty years. She currently owns 2 incorporated companies, has had a partnership and has worked as a sole proprietor.

Donna brings a broad perspective to entrepreneurship. She was actively involved in community services, setting up and managing service agencies and has launched a community newspaper. She has worked in the counseling arena - both as a service provider and a manager. She has done a Master's program in designing and managing organizational change through Antioch University, Seattle, WA. Donna has also worked in management and sales within the financial industry.

Her passion is designing and facilitating processes and programs that help people realize and then actualize their potential.

Donna's own personal entry into self-employment was sparked by the fact that she was innovative and set high standards for herself and those around her. She realized early on that the best way for her to create a context where she could consistently deliver excellence was to have the freedom to design and develop the appropriate environment and set the bar high. Entrepreneurship was the key!

Donna believes that everyone has the ability to create the life of his or her dreams. That is at the heart of everything that Toward Excellence is about.
