With 10+ years experience in ‘business to business’ telemarketing, Susan Chambers has served professional and financial services, market research and high-tech sectors. As the Managing Director for teleCAT Communications, Susan oversees the development and execution of campaigns for North American clients – meeting their demands for quality business leads, timely and accurate market information and successful marketing events. Campaigns are developed based on clients’ business plans and marketing strategies. Campaign goals are planned, met and exceeded.

In addition to conducting the campaigns, Susan manages teams of professional telemarketers who understand the necessity of timely and effective communication within a project-oriented environment. This professionalism, combined with tact and focus, leaves a positive impression with all those contacted on behalf of the client. teleCAT clients include: Abacus Enterprise Solutions, Bank of Montreal, CAP Gemini, Deloitte & Touche, Donahue & Partners, Entrepreneur of the Year, Ernst & Young, Raise-a-Reader (CanWest Global).

Ms. Chambers is an executive member of Sales & Marketing Executives International, an active member of the Canadian Society for Marketing Professional Services, Canadian Association of Management Consultants, and Toastmasters International. She has a certificate in Business Communication from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto and, an Associate Certificate with Honours in Marketing Management from BCIT in Vancouver. Susan’s business acumen has been featured and quoted in “The Globe and Mail” and “Business in Vancouver”.
