Full Circle Meditation - Practices for Inner Peace helps people achieve their full potential and lead balanced lives through meditation instruction and other complementary practices. Meditation instruction is delivered in a variety of formats: classes and series, drop-in groups, workshops, one-to-one sessions, programs, and non-residential retreats. In addition to teaching beginners and experienced students, instruction is also delivered to the private sector, academic institutions, social service agencies, and in correctional settings.
